AI Transparency
AI, used with discernment.
We use some artificial intelligence tools to improve our work. This page explains where, how and under which principles.
Where we use AI
- Writing and translation assistance (content, replies, drafts).
- Structured analysis of briefs or digital assessments, with human review.
- Internal tools (summaries, research, response preparation).
Our principles
- Human first — any sensitive output (strategy, client communication, decision) is reviewed by a person before delivery.
- Confidentiality — we do not send personally identifying client data to public models without a clear purpose and consent.
- No hidden training — your content, messages or documents are not used to train third-party models.
- Transparency — when automated output materially influences a decision concerning you, we tell you.
What we avoid
We do not use AI to make significant decisions autonomously (legal, financial, contractual), to generate visuals imitating real people without their consent, or to produce deceptive content.
